10 Account Termination

A member's account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity or any attempt to manipulate the system

When an account is terminated for legitimate reasons, the cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member after the review process is complete. The return period is within 7 to 14 business days.

11 Liability Limits
